1. Customised Products
1.1 No Returns or Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of customised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any customised, personalised, or made-to-order items. This includes but is not limited to products that feature custom designs, names, dates, or other specific details as requested by the customer.
1.2 Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
If your customised product arrives damaged or is defective, please see Section 2 of this policy for our procedure on handling replacements.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
2.1 Replacement Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
2.2 Notification Period
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product. Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.
2.3 How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: Please include photographs of the damaged or defective product, along with the packaging it arrived in.

2.4 Return of Damaged Product
In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged or defective product to us. If this is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Non-Customised Products
3.1 Return Eligibility
For non-customised products, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3.2 How to Return Non-Customised Products
To initiate a return for a non-customised product, please follow these steps:

Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.
3.3 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned non-customised product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
